The ground rules for using the shop, its artwork, and its services.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of shop.mazinomron.com, operated by Mazin Omron LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Policies & Privacy page. A signed agreement or order-specific term controls if it expressly conflicts with these website terms.
Artwork and site content
Unless stated otherwise, photographs, artwork, writing, design, logos, product images, and other site content are owned by Mazin Omron LLC or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing a print transfers ownership of that physical copy only; it does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction, commercial-use, advertising, resale-copy, or machine-learning training rights.
You may view the site and share ordinary links for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, publish, modify, sell, license, remove notices from, or create derivative works from site content without written permission or a legal right to do so.
Orders and editions
Product descriptions, prices, edition sizes, availability, shipping, returns, and damage procedures are explained in the Purchase Terms. An item is not reserved until checkout is successfully completed. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an inventory error, suspected fraud, pricing error, legal restriction, or inability to fulfill.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site, bypass controls, probe for vulnerabilities, submit malicious code, make fraudulent purchases, impersonate another person, misuse contact or newsletter features, scrape inventory, or use the site in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Third-party services
Checkout, payments, shipping, externally hosted files, and outbound links may be provided by third parties such as Square and shipping carriers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep product and site information accurate, but typographical errors, display differences, inventory changes, and service interruptions can occur. Colors and print appearance may differ across screens. The site is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without limiting rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mazin Omron LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or inability to use the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any separate written agreement may contain different dispute terms.
